Hi footy fans,
there’s an old saying that goes.........if you have nothing good to say,
then don’t say anything at all.

I actually wrote the match report yesterday, but after reading it today, I’m       
not sending it, I think overall......me included, did not do as well as we
should have, lets leave the negative stuff at that.

It was a poor effort, we can play better than that, lets see if we can lift
this week.

Glenn Iris will not be easy, but I believe we can beat them (don’t get me
wrong its not all about winning as long as we give our best, that’s all I
ask), this week is a 1.00 clock game, so be there at 12.00 ready to go.
Danny I need you to warm them up (I know you always do, but lets get them
switched on earlier this week) , this is the first chance in month that I
have to see Harrison play, I won’t be there until 12.30ish.

Good bits I can think of, other than the 3 Dimmies after the game.

Haris - ran straight at the ball, picks it up, hits Nathan L on the chest,
his kick lands in Dylans hands and results in a goal.
Dylan L - 2 goals, some nice marks, handballs and tackles, throw in
smother as well.
Mike - standard stuff from Mike, if you work hard enough you will get the
ball.
Luke - a couple of good marks, bumps, generally a pretty good game.
Cosmo - great mark champ, I know some of the stuff you do goes unnoticed.
Nathan F- some good work in the second half at CHB.
Michael - nice goal, you can kick em and when you get the chance you
normally do.
David - tried hard all day, a nice pass that resulted in a goal.
James - another solid game, marks, kicks, tackles, good to see you back in
the ruck as well, hope mum doesn’t mind!

Look against the good teams we probably won’t win, but what we must do is
score and give it our best shot, that’s why when we get the chance we have
to take them, we should have had at least to 5 to 6 today....... how many
times have I said that this year.

Glenn Iris, is a chance........its time we sang the song!!!!

Training from 4.10 to 5.30 get there as early as you can, Saturday, no
excuses to be late (unless you have dog training). 10.00 to 11.30.
